I spent over 30 years in the fitness industry helping people move, get stronger, and take better care of themselves.
That was my world.

I built a fitness studio that became a true “happy place” — for me and for so many others.
And after 13 years of pouring my heart into it, I chose to close that chapter.
Because life had already been asking me to slow down.
After emotional trauma, burnout, and going through breast cancer, everything shifted.
I realized health isn’t just about how hard you can push your body.
It’s also about what you do every single day to support it.
So I started listening more.
Slowing down.
Reconnecting.
Doing things differently.
And I came back to something that had quietly been part of my life for over 18 years…
The water I drink every single day. 💧
Not because it was trendy.
Not because I was looking for a quick fix.
But because it had been one of the most consistent parts of my wellness lifestyle through so many different seasons of my life.
And after everything I went through, I started looking at it differently.
I started asking more questions.
About hydration.
About what’s actually in the water we drink.
About the things we use every single day without even thinking twice about them.
And THAT is a huge part of why I do what I do today.
At 50, I’m not trying to turn back the clock.
I want to feel freaking GOOD as I get older.
I want energy.
I want strength.
I want freedom.
I want to enjoy my life.
And I want other women to realize they can start being proactive about their health before life forces them to.
That’s what I share here.
My experience.
What I’ve learned.
What I personally use.
And simple things that may make you stop and question what you’ve always considered “normal.”
Especially the water you drink. 💧
Because sometimes rebuilding your health isn’t about doing MORE.
It’s about becoming more aware of what you’re already doing every single day.
I’ve lived the pushing.
I’ve lived the burnout.
And now I’m choosing a different way.
My 70-year-old self is going to thank me. 🤍
And maybe yours will too.
